They choose and throw it back, pick another, throw it back, choose another, throw it back. It is the INABILITY TO CHOOSE AND BE SATISFIED. They did an experiment at a concert with 2 t shirt designs- pick one or the other- people chose one and were then asked how satisfied they were- they were happy given the choices that they picked the best for them.
