  2. Franklins quote doesn’t apply here. It was a lack of “public provisions” that allowed these people to become homeless in the first place. The problem isn’t “poor people are lazy” that’s just you diverting blame from politicians who make this possible in the first place. We need stronger social programs to prevent people becoming homeless.
