  18.  @madameversiera  It's gone up everywhere esp in US and EU. In US average house now is $400000 and you need to be making at least $169000 per year to make payments. Monthly payments over $2000 and before COVID on average $900! EU inflation high as well but the people on this site don't want to talk about that.
