They are some good trains though.

@RajatJaiswalplus Sure they were built for all those things, they're still damn good trains though. British Colonialists can always look back and say "We may have buggered them all, but now they've got some jolly good trains eh? Now for a game of cricket while we make fun of the poor here in the U.K. toodle pip!"

@RajatJaiswalplus The bullet trains were first built in Japan in 1964...
7
@RajatJaiswalplus Who are we blaming now?
3
@RajatJaiswalplus Well Pakistan's wars can hardly be blamed on the British and their trains can they?
2
@harshitms7401 Ah, but would they have been mighty British trains? I think not! Sure the Industrial Revolution would've brought trains to India without the British but then your trains wouldn't be British enough would they? Hmmm?
1
@avatarrlv7868 The U.S.A. and various European Empires did demand entry to Japan with warships in 1853 which afterwards led to the rapid industrialisation of Japan to prevent against any colonial ambitions anybody might be having (unlike other places which fought (with some encouragement) between themselves before the jolly old Empires turned up to exploit the natives in the natives place).
1
@harshitms7401 Sure other trains were good even better than British trains, but those trains weren't BRITISH were they?
1
@artman7780 Cause it would've went swimmingly if they weren't split.
1
@avatarrlv7868 Because if they aren't British then they aren't British.
1
@avatarrlv7868 Ah but British trains are British. They are the superior train, the master train if you will.
1
@artman7780 Ah but they aren't BRITISH trains are they?
1
@avatarrlv7868 Yep. Buying them Japanese and making them BRITISH.
1
@skylxntrn Fucking. Finally.
1
@Kartikey Mishra Not BRITISH trains though.
1
@quqbalam5089 Whilst good trains they weren't exactly British.
1
@Kartikey Mishra But they're British! What's not to love!
1
@Kartikey Mishra Good choices. Not made by the British though so obviously worse.
1
@nsms1297 Couldn't give full industrialisation because that was too British you know?
1
@apsarathi1 Thats some lovely exploitation right there, Empire approved.
1
@Indian Atheist Ah, nut the superior Briticanus Trainus.
