Once you make that the 'rule' or 'norm' for one or two types of offenders, what's the next one or two types you'll want to apply it to? And then the next and then the next until you feel "safe" or whatever you are seeking for yourself? What you are suggesting is VENGEANCE. It is NOT justice nor is it lawful. DISGRACEFUL.
