  1. Folau's original case is NOT bound to this discussion because it involved employer requirements and contract issues etc, IIRC. As an atheist, I found Folau's statements way back then utterly moronic and hilarious, but people should be able to express their opinions. Always remember though that 'freedom of speech' does NOT mean freedom from the consequences from saying whatever gets said and how and where it gets said....
