Just because the danger is coming from a source other than Assad doesn't mean that they'd want to go back. Danger is danger, regardless of the source of the danger.

  4. This is happening now partly because Israel has weakened Iran and Hezbollah, two of Assad's biggest allies. His other big ally is Russia which is tied up in Ukraine.
