But that's why the Russians always have a 3rd. line of defense and this is where Russia's elite troops are, their job is to shoot any Russians that are retreating or fleeing from the Ukrainians! . . . It's true! all the Russian POW's attest to this! The best use for the cluster bombs will be in the de-mining area, Ukraine probably won't need to use many if any against Russian soldiers because when they see Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicles and battle tanks heading their way on mass, they will quite likely run or surrender because they have nothing to stop them with. BTW The fact that cluster bombs are now going to Ukraine, changes nothing for Russia because they have already used them on soldiers and civilians early last year! I think you meant 'lack of integrity,' 🙂 As the guys below said, Russian nukes are just as likely to not be able to get off the ground as they are to blow up in their own faces, I think it's all bluff and I doubt that they'd have the guts to risk it, they may have 6,000 duds with only a few that they can be sure of.
