According to pro life activists, there is a living child in the womb of a pregnant woman. It turns out that if she crossed the border illegally, then so did the child. Should he or she be awarded citizenship for this? Let the Supreme Court interpret the 14th Amendment's "subject to jurisdiction thereof."
