  1. Putin is simply ridiculous in his desire to solemnly declare any, the most insignificant, victory in Ukraine, and thereby justify his invasion. During the year of the war, his "second army of the world" did not take a single decent city. He tore off, like a rat, some pieces from the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, without regional centers, and with pomp declared them new territories of Russia.
