My fellow Americans, is there any way to get in touch with Linda, U.S. Representative in U.N. and to pass the following message: To the United States Security Council meeting on May 5, 2022 re Ukraine: Please do not allow the Russian representative to vote, he has no right to do so.   The U.N. Chapter Article 27 provides in the pertinent part as follows: “Decisions of the Security Council on all other matters shall be made by an affirmative vote of nine members including the concurring votes of the permanent members; provided that, in decisions under Chapter VI, and under paragraph 3 of Article 52, a party to a dispute shall abstain from voting.” Chapter VI is titled “Pacific Settlement of Disputes.”
