  1. I still do not understand why Russia is allowed to vote by vetoing on any dispute concerning its invasion in Ukraine. Pursuant to Article 27 subdivision 3 of the United Nation Chapter, a member of the Security Council shall abstain from voting on any matter in decisions under Chapter VI, i.e., pacific settlement of disputes that likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security, if this member is a party to the dispute.
