  1. Это всё сказки, что Совет Безопасности - священная корова, что его нельзя реформировать вышвырнув оттуда наглого агрессора. Народы создали ООН, они же вправе его переделать, вплоть до принятия нового Устава. Всё в руках Генеральной Ассамблеи. Нужна только воля. These are all fairy tales that the Security Council is a sacred cow, that it cannot be reformed by throwing out an impudent aggressor. The peoples created the UN, they have the right to remake it, up to the adoption of a new Charter. Everything is in the hands of the General Assembly. Only will is needed.
