Do we as Canadians accept government overreach on all levels??? Have you been asleep for awhile? The government did that for TWO YEARS in the name of COVID "safety". And most people cheered it.

@LiplessEagle roof pizza is a known troll. Just ignore him.

Every worker across the country needs to show support a true Canadian! They should have been doing that TWO YEARS AGO when the government started trampling over people's rights in the name of COVID "safety". But you probably cheered on the government trampling rights in the name of COVID "safety", didn't you?

CUPE represents the EA's, janitors and librarians and was trying to get $3.00 an hr across the board, and not admitted to it being 11%. And did CUPE stand up for its members by fighting against mandatory COVID vaccination policies? Did CUPE fight for its members who didn't want to be coerced into getting a COVID vaccination, or did it throw those members under the bus? You either stand for all rights in regards to workers or you are a hypocrite. CUPE is a gigantic sack of hypocrites.

Yes, CUPE is so concerned about workers' right that it . . . remained dead silent when workers' rights were being trampled in the name of COVID "safety".

They also had the right to not have their place of employment unilaterally closed by the government in the name of COVID "safety". How'd that one go? They also had the right to not be ordered by the government to wear masks on the job in the name of COVID "safety". How'd that one go? They also had the right to not be coerced by their employer into getting a COVID vaccination in the name of COVID "safety". How'd that one go? Your sudden concern over workers' rights after turning a blind eye to rights being trampled for two years in the name of COVID 'safety" is enormously hypocritical.

It is time to cut wages for all politicians and raise wages for education and healthcare Agree with the former. Do not agree with the latter.
