  8.  @mpatm2607  Given that non-LTC cases in Ontario have a 99%+ survival rate, that outcome seems unlikely. You did know non-LTC cases have a 99%+ survival rate, didn't you? The Ontario government's own data shows it.

  9. You don't need to do anything to get down to that case level, since seasonality will do that on its own this year, just like it did last year. The active case count has dropped 11 days in a row, and is now 13% below the peak hit on April 19th. And given that hospitalizations correlate closely with the active case count, hospitalization numbers will be dropping too (and have already been trending down). ICU numbers are more stubborn, and curiously high compared to January's active case spike, but even so ICU figures should soon start curving down.
