China has been the #1 emitter of CO2 in the world for 17 years in a row; it emitted more total CO2 over those 17 years than has the United States over the last 31 years. 12,466.32 Mtons of CO2 in 2021 = China 12,431.60 Mtons of CO2 in 2021 = United States + India + Russia + Japan + Iran + Germany + South Korea China, by itself, was responsible for nearly ONE-THIRD of all the CO2 emitted in the world, which is more than the next seven nations combined.

  5.  @publiccommentor5201  The point is that if climate activists were serious in their concern about climate change, they'd be screaming at China most of all, seeing as it is, by far, the biggest contributor to the problem. But the activists never scream at China. In fact, they never mention China at all, despite its massive, world-leading amount of CO2 emissions. The fact that the activists say nothing about China is strong evidence their concerns about climate change are a sham and should not be taken seriously.
