  3. Yeshua, you just plainly refuse to understand why there is a strike.imagine if a photographer takes a photo of you. Pays you ONCE and then uses that images for film, tv ads , illustration , magazine prints, books or even decided to use for Corn illustration or to sell products of all types . But you are not being paid for the use of your likeliness for all those products and its derivative and maybe you really don't agree because you did not wave consent for use other than the initial purpose. just look at how much money you are a-missing out of b- you can't even use your own image for anything as you are overexposed in an unfavorable way. they do not want a "buyout" . this is not your 9-5 job where your task is tied to the copyrighted IP of the company. Here your likeliness, voice included ARE your IP and that is the main thing they are fighting about because this is where the money is at. same for writers, producers , colorists etc.. everyone's unique body of work is an IP
