Um..no listen this chick isn't hispanic.she is an indigenous european.this means she has nada to do with latin america .second since hispanics isn't a race , native indians, blacks and mestizo are hispanics.And the average Mexican has Indian,european and african blood, most are short and darker with a few talls here and there.having a spanish last name doesn't make anyone hispanic.my uncle is French with a spanish last name he is very much Frenchy with 99% occitan ancestry.
