  1. by looking at the houses around i think they could settle with solar panels as an alternaitve methods during the "rotative" power cuts.Electricity is a helluva expensive in south africa.Things are not as simple as they look in this clip.The infrastrcure had not been upgraded to accomodate larger populations and increasing needs. But lol! at the way the bundled that dude in the car those Tsssk!!! tssskkk ! aigh aigh sounds were funny as hell.
