Anders Brevik Behring who killed about 90 people wasn't black. the Polish guy who killed 6 people yesterday wasn't black either.Timothy mc veight killed another 100 and wasn't black. a few people do not speak for all black people. You do realise that 90% of blacks are anonym people. There are shades of grey everywhere , opinions are neither black nor white. Duggan was half-caste , basically equally black and white .He needs to be discussed within the basic british prism not the socially construct race that isn't even reflective of the reality.
