  3.  @igoralmeida9136  its by design that things are set up that way. Any person with melanin in there is a wild card. but its still bizarre. I remember reading a book a while back where the architecture was explained. Brazil entire architecture is designed to prevent movement from black people. even the tax system is carefully designed to prevent any cross over. Because when money is funneled to a smaller group of people, of course they'll ensure the system stays that way.. For them the rest of the population just doesn't exist. example Bolsonareau. Even the maor of the amazon region isn't amazonian , its weiiiiiiird ,very weeeiiiiiird !
