Matt bay, you actually have to speak english to be able to get through 3 rounds of job interviews. just because people are not actively discriminating it does not mean they'll find the fact that you are not learning to speak or write the language too limiting. And frankly it is just annoying to deal with people that are not functioning with the domestic culture to a certain extent. In the UK the forms are written in English, Cymru and Gaelic. all that sounds like english to me. Matt find a good german speaking girl . regardless of her ethnicity. she will bridge the gap . But if you are looking specifically for a middle class Anke , Anja or Ana-lena ( good luck tho ) . she will find you annoying if she is busy consuming her own culture 24/7 and you have trouble getting the basics.

  6. Burn out is very real for Nurses . whenever i am in the hospital i do everything in my power to not be demanding. a burn out is a crash and it can be fatal. Be safe
