Harry, if your bud had shorter hair then maybe that's why. i use a claryfing shampoo once a month , i am a fan of conditioner instead, i work out so there is no way i wouldn't wash my hair, i have long bouncy curls and lots of detangling needeed. i am never cutting my hair, ever. I have very large Jewish ear that I am hiding under my hair.
