@Foxxie0kun You would not feel the same way if, say, Iraq had retaliated for the 2003 US invasion by killing 40,000 American civilians. You wouldn't say "Americans allowed their government to kill thousands of Iraqis with bombs, and now they have to pay with their blood", right? You'd be upset, because you actually do understand the difference between civilians and combatants. Just not when they're Muslim, I guess.

And Americans supported their military when it killed thousands of civilians while invading Iraq. That doesn't mean those Americans deserved to die. I didn't think "don't kill civilians" would be a controversial stance.
