  1. From what I've read, hydroxy is used as an immune suppressant (for things like lupus) and then the azithromycin cleans up the bacteria that would take advantage of that suppressed immune system. If you have a high fever or cytokine storms or inflammation, those two drugs could be helpful. But an immunocompromised person would never have a strong enough reaction to merit those drugs.

  2.  @OttoKopeczky  I think they found it tasteless to joke about someone who caused a reasonable person's death, so they're limited to people who only kill/sterilize themselves.

  4.  @mddevice2108  As far as I know, hydroxy isn't an antiviral but it does suppress the immune system. For a normal person, that would help with a fever or inflammation. For an immunocompromised person, I don't think it would ever be necessary.

  5. Technically no one, since you have to kill yourself through stupidity to get the award. Killing someone else through stupidity is just sad.
