  1. In an elementary school the early grades are populated by little kids. Where there's a population of little kids there's bound to be a tantrum every now and then. When I was a kid the one who had the tantrum was sent to the principal's office, where they were often paddled, which is pretty horrible. Times have changed and so have policies, so did they fix the problem? Nope, they just found a way to make it more horrible.
