@craftsandstuff3349 Only one way to fix that: Vote for progressives in your community and state, grow the Squad in the House, expand the Squad in the Senate. Build up the Resistance at the grassroots and in Congress. Whether the POTUS in 2021 is Triden or Bump we need to keep the Resistance active and strong.

@Frostingar Wait what? It's her home but she can't evict him and can't protect her children from him, yet he can run her children out of the home? A lot of American law is so convoluted I find it easy to believe that but it's still bizarre.

@Frostingar According to your post it's so much more his home than hers that he can make her move her children out just by being a threat to their safety.

@bryantkapono4241 "A judge ruled that cops are not allowed to have an above average IQ." Hey is there a link to that court case? I believe you but I really want to know wtf kind of legal argument could get a judge to make a ruling like that. This sounds like justice vs the law, or the law vs the people. It seems like a self-indicting thing for a judge to say.
