Yes and their cancer is spreading to the outer suburbs, I lived at the very edge of the Portland suburbs and crime and homelessness has exploded in the last year, I put my home up for sale and moved back home to rural Southern Oregon to a town of 1200 people, often people do not even lock their home or car doors here.

  4. The majority of large urban centers in the Western world will always be leftists, there is no fixing them, just contain them. We need to have large urban centers be semi independent city states separate from the regions around them, similar independence to Puerto Rico.

  5. College town and its full of immigrants, two guarantees that it will almost always be Democrat controlled. Personally I think college kids should only be allowed to vote in their home districts even if they only live there in the Summer.

  7. No point in even running as a Republican there, best course is run as a Independent, like a recent hard core tough on crime city councilman candidate in Portland and he won, trounced the hard leftist but if he announced he was a Republican he would have lost.

  8. Historically political pendulum swings are almost inevitable and they almost never are measured, typically when it swings FAR to one direction it swings equally or often farther in the other direction in response like the French Revolution or Nazi Germany.

Austin is insane, its probably more left wing than New York, NYC at least has red areas like Staten Island and Nashville is becoming increasingly leftist with it being a capital with thousands of bureaucrats, a college town and a entertainment center (country music industry is full of leftists) all three types are leftists. Miami has hope though it has turned from solid blue to a swing area. Dallas is another that seems to be trending right.

Adams shows how vicious the Democratic party is though to any dissent, all he did was be honestly critical of the Administrations illegal immigrant policy as unsustainable and they went about using the DoJ to destroy him, I doubt any of the charges against him are legit, the DoJ and FBI have become something out of the Soviet Union.
