If you cannot stop all the fraud then overwhelm it. 2020 had probably the biggest, most organized, most expensive fraud effort in human history and they barely "won" it by the skin of their teeth. This time several states have put in laws that will make fraud harder and Trump is polling way better and Biden is polling way worse than in 2020. In order to win this time their fraud effort would have to dwarf 2020, I do not think that is possible and neither do they, thus all the "legal" shenanigans.
