  1. When I was a 20 years old in college Sheriff's Deputies made us pour out two cases of beer, no ticket of any kind, cool guys. The problem with city police is they are appointed by Mayors and become political ideology tools and if they try to do their job they are fired or demoted, look at Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler he went through four police chiefs in his first four years, first one he fired for questionable reasons, second he demoted because he was doing a good job cracking down on Antifa, third one was a virtue signal hire but even she had enough of being told not to enforce the law and quit, then Wheeler promoted a fourth one another virtue signal hire who is a good yes man just waiting to retire and crime is rampant in the city and they cannot hire anyone because no police recruit wants to work in that environment.
