There will be a Civil War because the Dems will go into open insurrection after they lose November 3rd, Biden will refuse to concede claiming Trump cheated or some such BS and they will pull out some manufactured "evidence" they have pre-prepared, Dem controlled states will more or less follow the plan Podesta laid out in their election war game exercise and will refuse to acknowledge Federal Authority unless Trump resigns, de facto secession for several states, but the Civil War will be over in weeks.
