  1. The Biden Administration controlled FEC will try to stop it, Elon will take it to court all the way to SCOTUS if need be and he will win. Twitter has immense power even though it represents 8% of the population that are the most radical Left anti free speech authoritarians but they have massively outsized influence on politics, corporations, media etc. Twitter as it is right now is a dangerous cancer on society. By the way Elon is involved purely for free speech reasons, Twitter has only made money two years in its entire history and since he is buying the entire company and taking it private he will not make money off stock prices.
