Look at the Left's action not words, they have taken away tear gas and pepper spray in many jurisdictions a few even have taken away tasers and although they have batons every cop knows you can NEVER be seen using one (I was a cop) and many hand to hand methods of control are also banned leaving ONLY two options either lethal force or walk away and lethal force feeds their political narrative.
