  2.  @apollovaljean3076  it’s not simply launching from underwater. My idea on how something like this would be implemented would be sinking the rocket to the ocean floor, then deploying some kind of rapid filling balloons that would quickly pull to the surface, and igniting the rocket just before breaching the surface of the water, while also blowing the connections to the ballon’s.
