I'm about 13% below the median for my age group. Not bad. But the good news is I have near zero debt. Granted, this is a 2022 chart, so by 2024 I'd probably be 18% or so below the median. Right now I'm working part-time on the weekends while living on some of my investments. If I worked full-time, I'd probably be above the median for my age group.

Then you misunderstood his video. The chart he showed is the money you have AFTER ALL THE DEBT is counted. You need to subtract the home mortgage, upkeep costs, and other debt from your bank account and that will be your net worth to compare to the chart.
