Didn't even know they were still in business. I remember when I was younger, my stepbrother was an assistant manager at one of those places in the mall. Back then he wasn't even sure they would stay in business. I'm surprised they lasted this long.

The economy is doing good but the money is not "trickling down." Not sure why anyone still believes that economic theory. Just about every economic indicator is doing good, but none of those numbers matter if the money isn't being distributed properly. All you have to do is look at assets like Bitcoin, stocks, gold, and other things to see there is plenty of money being spent. It's just not there for the majority of Americans to spend.

@Chicago48 Yea, he's confusing shifting consumer habits with some kind of doom and gloom. He's trying to create a narrative that doesn't exist.

Can't wait to see you try to convince us the economy is good under the new administration while a real recession is happening. You obviously have no clue what bad economy is. The issue is the fruits of this solid economy are not reaching the working class.

@pmscalisi Yes, it is solid. You'll know we are in a real recession when the FED starts dropping interest rates back under 2% rapidly. But there is no point trying to convince people of anything nowadays. They only believe what "their party" says is true. No convincing them otherwise. Party loyalty over common sense. Go look at the major assets in the country and you'll see where the money is being spent.
