  2. "Real estate sales are slow" What would be considered slow? When a property sits on the market for 60+ days? Because a few of the places I've been watching haven't reduced their prices and are sitting on the market for 2 months or more. I've contacted a few places and even with a "cash payment" they would not budge more than 2 or 3k.
