  1. I'd hook up a small travel trailer to my truck and live out of that before buying a manufactured home.

  2. So many of these manufactured homes are springing up across Pennsylvania. Not sure anyone is buying them even though you can get newer ones with 3 bedroom 2 bathroom for under $100k. And many of these homes sit on leased land you do NOT own.
