  1. The biggest problem with Apple isn't so much the company but the users. The users are always making excuses for Apple's bullshit decisions so the money keeps flowing. No headphone jack? Excuses excuses. Only USB C and no more Mag Safe on the Macbook Pros? Excuses like "Oh well I store everything on the cloud anyway and never use USB flash drives" or "I can just buy a dongle to hook up my Macbook Pro to any other piece of media". I have an iPhone 7 Plus 128GB only because work provides them for us and admittedly the phone works flawlessly and the iTunes/iCloud backup is seamless BUT no headphone jack is beyond me and for any other bits of media management iTunes sucks absolute donkey balls.
