  1. Drunk and probably got their licenses without testing because "sunny ways". See the end result? I hope that homeowner gets things fixed quickly as they did nothing wrong. This is 100% on the lady. I'd love to ask her why did purposely did that but I can't for obvious reasons.

  2.  @Yosetime  My writing skills are fine. I'm not typing out a Thesis for my Masters, I'm making a YouTube comment. It's no secret the driving exam is too easy and plenty of people from India are getting their license handed to them and look at the driving in the GTA. It's at it's worst in Brampton but the GTA is plagued with this nonsense as well. Notice how things like this never happen to competent drivers?
