  1. Yep. Saw 2 female Peel Regional Officers directing traffic at a crash scene a few days ago. They couldn't have been more than 115lbs soaking wet and stood at about 5 feet tall. This is what quota hiring does. I doubt they could take down a 200lb angry man.

  4.  @robertrussell9336  There's plenty of crossings. It's not like people are getting hit daily or weekly. They took a risk and unfortunately it had a negative end result.
