Ok, Hungary actually bullies Romania especially. The fact that ir bullies other countries is new to me. At least Poland doesn't bully.

@Blabla-od7vt "Populism" means great promises to the people and not respecting those promises. From what I see Viktor Orban is taking actual good care of the people living in Hungary, which means he does his duty well, so your 'Sounds like populism' accusation doesn't stand (which may be why you deleted your comment in which you made it if Youtube didn't delete it).

Bruh, if EU wants to force member states support LGBTQ+, then I wouldn't care much about being outside EU. I admire Viktor Orban and I'm actually Romanian. He is a nationalist leader who putw his country and his people in front of the stupid laws coming from EU. Congratulations to Hungarians for not being the boot kissers of EU!

@KelticStingray As for comparing ethnic and sexual minorities, this is a wrong conparison because you can get born Turk, Hungarian, Romanian, Serbian, Albanian, etc, but you can't get born gay. So the whole LGBTQ+ is no more than a "What if I want to be that?" while ethnic minorities are actually "I am that and I won't change it".

@KelticStingray No matter the ethnic minorities, the languages in offices are usually the one of the country (Hungarian in this case) and English. If I go to an office in Hungary and start speaking Turkic, then of course I don't get the services I came for. Same with the sexual minorities. They must conform to the buirocracy because it won't change just for them (unless the sovereinty of the country is bypassed).

@0Defensor0 So you think that Orban was put with support from Russia and China? Are you nuts? What could these two want from Hungary? I see EU is mad because Viktor Orban put a maximum limit for the gas and electricity pricese and decided other dealings like taking care of his people all the same is better than building LGBTQ+ zones. Is there anything actually WRONG that he did? An no, NOT doing anything for LGBTQ+ is not called doing something.

@PowerCrafter123 Hungary doesn't need money (from which most is lost on the way through buirocracy) from EU because it doesn't spend it on shit like supporting LGBTQ+. What Hungary does now is called "being sovereign" and it can take care of its people without 'help' from outside.

@fatalshore5068 Nonono, not for picking on the gay kid, but for treating them by their birth and real gender. Why make efforts to make the difference when God himself made the decision at birth (from what I know, all the countries in EU are christian, either catholic or orthodox, so yes, I brought it up). You can't get born gay because biologically there's only the male and female possibilities (or handicap, but that is way more rare than the actual gay minority). If there's a problem with that, then they should declare that they abandoned God before giving such laws.

@sangwaraumo How can you tell that those who calculate the corruption index are not corrupt themselves? I see that the most corrupt people are those who rule a not-so-rich country and actually take care of it and its people (Viktor Orban actually does that by limiting the energy and gas prices, so you can't call my comment to be populist for saying something true).

@Blabla-od7vt He is not necesarily a good character in this story, but he does his job well without being against anyone, but: 1) I said Viktor Orban takes care of his people, the people he leads. 2) I agree it is selfish towards the other countries, but it is of greater advantage to borrow money from Russia or China rather than EU because half of it is lost through the buirocracy. 3) If he doesn't anger Putin, then Hungary will be fine. 4) If Hungary loses its voting, then nothing bad happens to Hungary because Viktor Orban already has picked the sovereignty of Hungary over the assured EU membership and privilages. 5) If LGBTQ+ is so insignifiant at this point, then nobody should be mad if no efforts are made to support them and still, EU is mad because of that too. To sum it up, Hungary only stays in EU because it needs various imports and trading is easier between members, but he knows that if Hungary gets left out, then it may be complicated for EU to keep ties with Romania which has been following mostly all of the rules, so he doesn't fear of being kicked out because EU needs Romania too. If being populism means taking care of his people in the first place, then yes, he is very much populist.

@karlfranzemperorofmandefil5547 Countries didn't sign up to give up their sovereignty when they joined. They did reforms at that time and were allowed in. If most of EU recently started to like LGBTQ+ and intend to support it, then why should all of its member states support that crap too? If 60% of EU votes X and I'm in the other 40%, then why should I be forced to accept X? EU is group, not an entity.

@karlfranzemperorofmandefil5547 Yes, but LGBTQ+ wasn't back then, which means there has to be made effort to add it up. Also, LGBTQ+ goes against most of the religions from which Christianism, both catholic and orthodox. At first, EU must make it clear that the member states must abandon God and disagree with God. After that we may talk about LGBTQ+. Otherwise they are what they get born as and simply that's it.

No, this should be disguassed with all the member states whether it is ok or not. Changing the human rights means changing rules, so all the member states must agree on changing the human rights, which I don't remember to have happened.

As for environmebtal protection, then why did Germany expand coal mines and opened new ones? Answer: Because it can. Germany is too important to the EU to be kicked out. What I wanted to say is that human rights keep changed without the vote of all the EU members, which means that not all of them agree with the way they change. Hungary agreed to respect the human rights that were back then when it joined. Now they changed and Hungary refuses to change the deal.

@karstenschuhmann8334 Actually, rules are enforced against the poor countries like Hungary and Romania. For example, EU voted to close the coal mines. Romania closed all of its coal mines while Germany expanded its own and even opened a new one BEFORE the war in Ukraine. Explain this. Why is there so much presure on Hungary just for not supporting gay people and limiting gas and electricity prices (so people can actually afford these) while Germany was all too fine while poluting when it was not necesary?

@karstenschuhmann8334 The European Union also threatens the sovereignty of its member-countries because non-elected individuals make laws and decisions for countries they do not live in. If UK (not just any country) left, then I tend to believe this is true.

Search: "România, la ordinul Bruxelles-ului, închide minele de cărbuni" sorry, didn't find it in english. Try to translate the page. Should be easy if you have an extention for that.
