  3. NATO needs to make the Black Sea a 'neutral' sea. And any NATO navy could destroy the Russian Keystone Navy within seconds. If the Russian Keystone Navy lost their flagship to Ukraine (a country with no navy), then the Russian Keystone Navy would stand no chance against a real navy -- they would run away like the cowards they are.
