Ukraine could be like Finland... which Russia protected from Sweden, which Russia gave independence and statehood to... which Russia defended from the conquest and enslavement of Sweden... and who betrayed Russia... as well as almost all countries that literally survived due to the protectorate of Russia. If it were not for the intervention and protection of non-Russia, most of the states bordering Russia would simply not exist now. including Ukraine... learn history
