The people based in England who arranged the original coup to overthrow the Romanovs are still pulling England's strings and still have a hatred for Russia, this time because they have lost control there and Putin stopped all of their 1990s carpetbagging. They are very much aligned with the people who pull the strings in America and Poland, hence the extreme hostility.
