  1.  @clonie9963  Evidently Siemens was one of the partners in NS1 and as such agreed to look after the turbine side of things as their contribution, so that would make sense. I think NS2 is very different and uses other technology which could be Russian, no doubt they use their own equipment with the other pipelines they have.
