  1. Ya because vw is getting a free plant for foreign workers. Imagine being a foreign company and learning a country is doing that. We, as canadians, are abused by every company and politician. It's disgusting. You want incentive then get rid of the high taxes and high regulations which is why companies don't like doing business here. Or bribe them with your tax dollars. No one wants them. People can't afford them.
