  3.  Joel Smith  We had something similar with light and narrow gauge railways some years ago. They would advertise a service to be run once a week and then it would be cancelled at last minute. Mostly it was because they just did not have enough traffic to make it worth while running the train. Ironic as most of these are now tourist attractions and run full in the summer time.
