  1. I just Googled the Bell XP-77 and first impression was it looks good. And then I thought oh, look. A tricycle undercarriage and a cannon firing through the propeller hub. Reminds me of another aircraft. In my defence it is late evening here and it's been a long day.😒

  2. Certainly looks somewhat sporty. There does seem to have been a thing about sitting the pilot as far back as possible. It's like being the tail gunner on your own aircraft.
