  1. When the Soviet Union came to an end MiG tried to sell the MiG 29 to the international market and brought it to the UK. Some British RAF test pilots flew it and was very impressed by how easy it was to fly. The MiG representative said that this was because Soviet pilots were getting so little flying time they had to make it easy.
